Question 1

What is Zerrar?

Accepted Answer

Zerrar is software for running a business. You create an account, tell us what your business does — sell products, take bookings, or offer rentals — and you get a dashboard for orders or bookings plus a website you can share with your own customers. It is not a marketplace; customers reach your page because you sent them there.

Question 2

Who is Zerrar for?

Accepted Answer

Three kinds of business: ones that sell products, ones that clients book (teachers, technicians, consultants, stylists and similar), and ones that offer rentals. You choose one at signup and the dashboard is built around it.

Question 3

Does Zerrar send alerts on WhatsApp?

Accepted Answer

Yes. New orders, booking requests and rental requests are sent to you on WhatsApp as they happen, so you don't have to keep the dashboard open to know what's going on in your business.

Question 4

Can I check my sales or bookings without opening the app?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Zerrar has an AI business assistant on WhatsApp. Message the number and ask something like 'what were today's sales?' or 'any bookings pending?' and you get a direct answer, without logging into the dashboard or website.

Question 5

Does Zerrar take a commission on my sales?

Accepted Answer

No. Zerrar is a monthly subscription, not a percentage of sales. Customer payments go through your own connected payment channels, so nothing is held back.

Question 6

What does Zerrar cost?

Accepted Answer

Starter is ₦8,000/month, Pro is ₦15,000/month and Growth is ₦25,000/month. You can start free and no card is needed to sign up.

Question 7

Does Zerrar handle my books and tax?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Expenses, budgets, profit and loss, profitability, balance sheet, VAT records and money customers owe you all sit in the same dashboard as your orders and bookings.

Question 8

Can I manage staff, branches, suppliers and discounts on Zerrar?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Paid plans support staff accounts with roles, multiple branches, supplier records, and discount codes and promotions, all from the same dashboard as your orders and bookings.
